  • Mr. Wang is a senior partner and major founding member o f Liu & Wang Attorneys at Law. His practice and research areas include anti-dumping, intellectual property and dispute resolution mechanisms under the framework and order of the World Trade Organization.

    He was a veteran civil servant at the Trade and Economic Branch of China government and, as such, was responsible for anti-dumping investigation. Being proficient in China’s commercial law and practice, Mr. Wang has participated in numerous negotiation and advisory roles involving the domestic opening of substantial foreign enterprises such as Samsung Electronics. In addition, he has, on various occasions, represented the Shenzhen government in important litigation.

    He is invited as antidumping expert by Investigation Bureau of Industry Injury of MOFCOM
